Are you SAD?

SAD, or Seasonal affective disorder has been accepted by medical professionals as a type of mental disorder. But today SAD is not considered as a stand-alone condition, it can be a symptom of major depression or a psychiatric disorder.

But if you are suffering of a mild case of SAD, a “winter blues", lose your energy, do not want to leave your bed, here are some tips, that can help you to fight SAD:

- Try to get more light.

- Get more exercise.

- Balance your diet: less “comfort food", more fruits and veg.

- Avoid excessive parting.
