Veltin gel (Clindamycin Phosphate/Tretinoin) is a medication used to treat acne in people over the age of 12 years old. It helps decrease the severity of acne pimples and helps pimples heal quickly. This medication is a combination medication that contains tretinoin, and clindamycin. Tretinoin belongs to a class of drugs known as retinoids, which is a form of Vitamin A. It reduces the amount of oil released by oil glands in your skin, and helps your skin renew itself more quickly. Clindamycin belongs to a class of drugs known as antibiotics; it helps stop the growth of bacteria that causes acne.
We currently offer the brand Veltin from Canada also called Biacna Topical Gel manufactured by Bausch Health and from India also called Retino AC Gel by Johnson & Johnson.
