Spravato can cause mild or serious side effects. The common side effects of Spravato may include anxiety, dizziness, and extreme tiredness, feeling drunk, increased blood pressure, nausea, numbness, sedation, vertigo and vomiting.

Talk to your doctor right away if you have any of the serious side effects such as:

• Chest pain;
• Feeling out of body, hallucinations;
• Frequent urination and pain during urination;
• Severe headache;
• Trouble breathing and thinking;
• Vision problems;
• Worsening of depression
