Spravato can cause mild or serious side effects. The common side effects of Spravato may include anxiety, dizziness, and extreme tiredness, feeling drunk, increased blood pressure, nausea, numbness, sedation, vertigo and vomiting.
Talk to your doctor right away if you have any of the serious side effects such as:
• Chest pain;
• Feeling out of body, hallucinations;
• Frequent urination and pain during urination;
• Severe headache;
• Trouble breathing and thinking;
• Vision problems;
• Worsening of depression

You should not use Spravato nasal spray if you are allergic to Esketamine or if you have any other allergies. Before you start using this medication, talk to your doctor about your medical history and about all the medications you take including OTC and herbal medications. You can reduce the risk of nausea and vomiting by avoiding food for at least two hours before treatment and drinking liquids for at least 30 minutes before treatment. If you stop using this medication suddently, you may have withdrawal symptoms such as cravings, tiredness, poor appetite and anxiety. Your doctor may lower your dose slowly.
