Simbrinza (Brinzolamide/Brimonidine Tartrate Ophthalmic Suspension) is a prescription eye drop used for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension (high pressure inside the eye). The Brinzolamide/Brimonidine Tartrate suspension contains 10 mg/mL brinzolamide and 2 mg/mL brimonidine tartrate. These two medications work together by reducing the amount of fluid in the eye which decreases pressure inside the eye. Follow the exact directions on the prescription label.
