Rupall is a second generation antihistamine used to treat allergies. Rupall contains the active ingredient Rupatadine fumarate, a histamine receptor antagonist works by blocking the action of one of the body's natural chemicals known as histamine which is responsible for symptoms caused by allergies. Rupatadine is used for the relief of allergy symptoms including hives, itching, runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes. Rupatadine usually works within 2 hours and lasts up to 24 hours. However, it does not prevent or treat a serious allergic reaction such as anaphylaxis. Take Rupall exactly as prescribed.

Make sure your doctor and lab personnel know you are using this drug. Keep this medicine out of the reach of children. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Avoid eating or drinking grapefruit that can cause severe side effects with this medication.
