Mirapex ER (Pramiprexole Extended Release, Pramiprexole DI-HCL) is prescription medication used to treat Parkinson’s disease symptoms such as muscle spasms, poor muscle control, stiffness, and tremors. Pramiprexole is also used to treat restless legs syndrome (RLS). Pramiprexole is a dopamine agonist that works by helping to restore the balance of a certain natural substance (dopamine) in the brain. Take Mirapex ER exactly prescribed.

The most common side effects of Mirapex ER include:
