Mestinon (Pyridostigmine Bromide) is prescription medication used to treat a certain muscle disease called myasthenia gravis. Mestinon contains the active substance Pyridostigmine is a class of drugs called a cholinesterase inhibitor. It works by preventing the breakdown of a certain natraul substance (acetylcholine) in your body. Pyridostigmine is also used in military personnel who have been exposed to nerve gas. • Blurred vision;
