You should also inform your doctor or pharmacist if you have poor blood circulation, a lowered immune system. Do not use this medication if you have a scalp infection. There may be an interaction between betamethasone foam and other medications such as itraconazole, pimecrolimus, ritonavir, tacrolimus, and telaprevir.
