Invokamet (Canagliflozin/Metformin Hydrochloride) is prescription medication used with diet and exercise to lower blood sugar levels in patients with Type 2 Diabetes. Invokamet is a combination of Canagliflozin and Metformin HCI which are both oral diabetes medicines that works together by helping to restore your body’s proper response to the insulin your naturally produce.
