Grazax (Lyophilisate) is a prescription allergy extract used to treat hay fever, allergic rhinitis, and conjunctivitis (itchy eyes) caused by grass pollen in adults and children (5 years or older). Grazax contains 75,000 SQT standardized allergen extract of grass pollen from Timothy grass (Phleum Pratense) as the active ingredient. It works by increasing the body’s immunological tolerance to grass pollen, reducing the severity of allergic reactions over time. Using Grazax during allergy seasons can help reduce symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes.

Get medical help immediately if you have any signs of an allergic reaction while taking Grazax. The most common side effects of Grazax may include the following:
• Changes in taste;
• Diarrhea;
• Mouth irritation;
• Nausea and vomiting;
• Stomach pain

Contact your doctor right away if you have any of the serious side effects, including:
• Deteriorating conditions;
• Difficulty with swallowing;
• Severe cough;
• Severe chest pain;
• Shortness of breath;
• Swelling of the face, mouth, or throat;
• Voice changes or hoarseness

You should discuss the risks and benefits of using Grazax as a pregnant woman with your doctor. Talk to your doctor before breastfeeding if you are using Grazax for grass allergies. Tell your doctor about all your medications, including prescription, OTC, herbal supplements, and vitamins. There may be a drug interaction between Grazax and other medications. Keep it in a cool, dry place where the temperature stays below 25°C.
