Edarbi (Azilsartan Medoxomil) is prescription medication used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Azilsartan Medoxomil belongs to a class of drugs called angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs) works by relaxing blood vessels so the blood can flow more easily. Take Edarbi exactly prescribed.

We currently have the brand Edarbi comes from Canada manufactured by Takeda Pharma. It is supplied as tablet form and available in two strengths: 40 mg and 80 mg. Generic alternative is not available for this drug.

The most common side effects of Edarbi include:
• Cough;
• Diarrhea;
• Dizziness;
• Fatigue;
• Nausea;
• Weakness;

If you suffer any serious side effects as below, please notify your doctor or pharmacist immediately:
• Confusion;
• Loss of appetite;
• Muscle spasms;
• Swelling;
