Daklinza (Daclatasvir Dihydrochloride) is prescription medication used to treat chronic hepatitis C in patients older than 18 years. Daklinza contains an active substance called Daclatasvir that works by stopping the virus from multiplying and infecting liver cells. It should only be used together with other antiviral drugs such as sofosbuvir (Sovaldi), or asunaprevir (Sunvepra), or together with Sunvepra, peginterferon alfa, and ribavirin (Rebetol) for treatment of hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotypes 1 and 3 infection.
