Bosulif (Bosutinib Monohydrate) is a prescription medication used to treat chronic myelogenous leukemia-(CML). Bosutinib belongs to a family of medications called protein tyrosine kinase inhibitors. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells. Bosulif is usually given after other treatments have failed.
