Aristocort (Triamcinolone) is a prescription medication that is used to treat a variety of skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, allergies and rash. Triamcinolone belongs to the class of drugs called corticosteroids. This medication works by reducing the actions of chemicals in the body that cause inflammation.
