<b><font color = "red">NO PRESCRIPTION REQUIRED FOR ALLEGRA </font></b>
Allegra (Fexofenadine) is an over the counter medication used to treat the symptoms of seasonal allergies and a condition called chronic idiopathic urticaria in adults and children. Histamines can produce symptoms such as watery eyes, runny nose, itchy eyes or nose, hives, itching and sneezing. Fexofenadine is an antihistamine and it works by blocking a certain natural substance that is made by the body during an allergic reaction.

We currently offer the brand Allegra from India, New Zealand (Telfast) and Turkey by Sanofi Aventis. We also carry the Allegra 12 hrs and Allegra 24 hrs from Canada by Sanofi Aventis. The generic version is not available.
Seek emergency medical help if you have any signs of an allergic reaction to this medication. Less serious side effects may include back or muscle pain, diarrhea, drowsiness, fatigue, headache, menstrual cramps, nausea, and upset stomach.
Stop taking Allegra and contact your doctor immediately if any of these serious side effects occur:
• Body aches;
• Chills;
• Cough;
• Fever or other flu symptoms
This is not a complete list of side effects and others may occur. Please call your doctor if you have any further concerns or questions.
Before taking Allegra, tell your doctor if you have any allergies or if you have kidney disease. Do not take Allegra with fruit juice such as apple juice, orange juice or grapefruit juice. Avoid taking antacids within 15 minutes before or after taking Allegra. Do not take any other cold or allergy medications unless advised by your doctor. Tell your doctor about all the medications you take including prescription, nonprescription, herbal products, and vitamins. There may be a drug interaction between Fexofenadine and other medications. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
