Rozlytrek (Entrectinib) is a prescription medication used to treat metastatic (lung cancer that has already spread) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is caused by ROS1 gene. This medication is used in adults and children over the age of 12 years old, who have solid tumors that have spread and cannot be removed safely with surgery, or when other treatments have failed. Rozlytrek is used only if your cancer has a specific abnormal gene. Entrectinib belongs to a class of drugs known as kinase inhibitors. It works by interfering with the growth of cancer cells and destroys them.
