Drug:Stirlescent Effervescent Tablet
Stirlescent (Naproxen) is a new prescription medication used to treat arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, dysmenorrhoea, gout, and musculoskeletal disorders. It can also be used to treat period pain. Stirlescent contains the active ingredient Naproxen which belongs to a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It works by blocking the substances in the body called cyclo-oxygenase (COX) which are caused by injury and certain conditions. It should be only used in patients unable to swallow naproxen tablets. Take Stirlescent Effervescent exactly as prescribed.

(that dissolve in cold or hot water) in 250 mg dose. Dissolve 1 to 2 tablets in a glass (150ml) of water and drink. Doses of 3 tablets should be dissolved in 300ml of water. There is no generic Stirlescent available.

Do not take Stirlescent if you are allergic to Naproxen or aspirin or other NSAIDs or any ingredients in this medication. Do not take Stirlescent if are in the last three months of pregnancy, as it can harm your baby. Do not drive or operate any machinery as this medicine may cause dizziness or drowsiness. Tell your doctor about all the medical conditions you have had before.

• Stomach bleeding or peptic ulcer;
• Too much fat in your blood;
