Rocephin Information

Rocephin (Ceftriaxone) is used to treat severe or life threatening forms of bacterial infections such as meningitis. Ceftriaxone belongs to a class of drugs known as cephalosporin antibiotics. This medication works by stopping the growth of bacteria. This medication is given by injection into a muscle or vein usually once or twice daily or as directed by your doctor.
