Emadine eye drops (Emedastine Difumarate Ophthalmic Solution) is used to relieve redness, itching, and swelling of the eyes from different types of allergies. Emedastine belongs to a class of drugs called Antihistamines. It works by blocking certain natural substances like histamines that can cause allergic reactions such as sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny noses. Do not use this medication to treat redness and irritation from contact lenses.
